Thank you for supporting meltie. Below is what to expect once your order is on its way.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 5-10 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where we ship

meltie currently ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon.

Shipping methods and rates

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order accuracy

Please review your shipping address, color selection, and order details carefully before checkout. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, meltie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package, please contact your local carrier first, then email hello@getmeltie.com if you need additional help. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@getmeltie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
