As we launch with a very limited drop, please note that all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please review your color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@getmeltie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. 

Lost or stolen packages

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, meltie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package, please contact your local carrier first, then email hello@getmeltie.com if you need additional help.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
